I grew up all over the place, most notably on some sunny beaches in California & Maui, misty grey days in Oregon, and big open spaces in Texas & Colorado. I've worked in student services at Portland State University, as an arts administrator for The Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC), and as a music instructor with My Voice Music and the Rock n' Roll Camp for Girls.

Music has always been in my life in some shape or form. I've sang in choirs, perfected my Enya on the piano during grade school, and picked up guitar at the tender age of 28. After playing solo folk/country guitar, I headed towards experimental music, teasing out pop and classical melodies, psychedelic landscapes, and exploring lots of pedals on an electric guitar.

Currently I am a Graduate Research Assistant and Academic Mentor at project FUTURES, while pursuing my MA in Adult and Career Education at PSU. I am also proud to be a founding board member of Friends of Noise! We are an organization dedicated to expanding all ages music access and mentorship for the Portland metro area.
